Brad Mamer
Senior Vice President of Development
Brad graduated as Valedictorian Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Sierra Nevada College.
Brad brings over 30 years of executive experience to LDG. Previously he managed GSC, a Nevada-based land development consulting company focused on providing unique solutions that advance his clients’ business interests. He was the Director of Business Development for the Nevada Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED) where he led the agency’s statewide incentive programs for 3 years. During his tenure, the state received back-to-back “Gold Shovel Awards” and projects-of-the-year from Area Development Magazine for Tesla Motors’ Gigafactory and the Faraday Future electric vehicle assembly plant, and a first-ever “Excellence in Economic Development” award from the Site Selectors Guild.
Before joining GOED, Brad worked for 17 years in a progressive series of leadership roles at the Wingfield Nevada Group, a Nevada master-planned resort development company. Initially hired as Chief Financial Officer, he advanced to General Manager, and finished his tenure as a partner and the company’s Chief Executive Officer, overseeing all development and resort operations in northern and southern Nevada. Brad began his career working for Perini Land & Development Company, a subsidiary of Tutor Perini Corporation, developing its Chambers Landing and Resort at Squaw Creek projects.
Brad enjoys spending time with his three adult children and hiking in the Sierras.
