David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, with a Minor in Business Management, which he earned from Brigham Young University. Additionally, he is LEED certified, demonstrating his commitment to sustainable construction practices. 

David is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, boasting over 20 years of experience managing a diverse array of projects totaling over $2 billion in construction across millions of square feet. His experience encompasses various sectors including industrial, high-rise, commercial, higher education, sophisticated biotech facilities, gaming, single-family, and multi-family residential projects. David’s professional journey has taken him across the western United States, where he has left his mark on numerous successful ventures, showcasing his leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of the construction industry.

David and his wife Jennifer enjoy traveling with their two active teenagers.
