Joel Grace

Joel has an MBA with a correlate in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University, and has been active in commercial real estate, finance, and business development in Northern NV since 2002.
Previously, Joel was the Vice President of Development, overseeing all real estate developments for Reno Land, Inc. He worked as the Development Manager for Australia’s Starbucks Real Estate Development. Upon Joel’s return from Sydney, he became Vice President of Commercial Finance for Umpqua Bank. Additionally, he served as Vice President of Attraction for Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN), conducting trade missions with the Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED).
Joel currently serves as a Trustee for the City of Reno, Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority Board, a board member for the Northern Nevada Chapter for the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Builders Association of Northern Nevada (BANN), as well as the President of the Board for the Greater Reno Community Ice Skating Association (GRCISA). Previously, he has served on numerous boards within the community including CCIM, Summit Awards, YMCA, Junior Achievement, and The Northern Nevada Children’s Cancer Foundation.
Joel’s real passion was to provide the community with a year-round ice complex which became a reality when the doors for Reno Ice opened January 2021.
Joel and his wife Amy have four teenage children, enjoying hockey, baseball, equestrian, traveling, and the great outdoors.
